Our Terms and Conditions

Once you have accepted a quote from us and its also prudent now, you should read our terms and conditions before we carry out any work on your Gate Installation and manufacture. Please read through the following terms and conditions carefully.

All our quotes are valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date on the quote.

What is included in our products?

Surface Finishes:

Metal Gates: All of our gates constructed from metal, that is steel, iron and alloy gates are supplied in a black primer finish. Steel gates and products will only be galvanised on request and where stated or agreed upon. To help prevent corrosion, customers are advised to apply a good quality paint or top coat finish to protect the installation as soon as possible. Gates can be supplied in a suitable coating but this must be agreed upon during the quotation and initial phase before any work is carried out. Coatings should be checked and maintained at regular intervals to prevent corrosion or damage to the structure of any gate installation.

Timber Gates: All the timber gates we supply are finished with an exterior wood preserving treatment. Customers are advised to continue adding coats of a suitable wood preserver and protecting finish as soon as possible after installation and at regular intervals from then on. We cannot give a guarantee against warping, shrinkage or splits as wood is a natural material and is subject to local weather conditions, humidity, temperature and elements.
